Helen's young students love yoga postures so much and can
be found practicing their yoga at home for family and friends!
Helen incorporates the use of props and her imagination to
playfully teach tots yoga postures that they can perform anywhere
and relax! Parents get to do a little yoga too!
The Baby-Yoga with Helen for TOTS program is done through
standing, sitting up, walking, and jumping set of yoga postures
that you do not find in the INFANT Baby-Yoga with Helen program.
TOT Yoga Benefits include better sleep, improved immunity,
increased neuromuscular development, boosted self-awareness,
improved social skills and better digestion.
PARENT Yoga Benefits include meeting other parents
