NOTES:
Instructor: Helen Garabedian, the Founder of Itsy Bitsy Yoga, will teach as many classes in the session as possible however, she travels to trains Itsy Bitsy Yoga teachers so she occasionally has to miss class. When Helen is away, she will bring a wonderful Certified Itsy Bitsy Yoga Facilitator to cover any classes she can not teach personally.
No drop-in students: Because class participants become familiar with the poses and the flow of class
as a session progresses, dropin are not welcome. Also, Helen likes to have the same moms/dads/caregivers join us for an entire session. This creates an opportunity talk in a supportive environment while making new friends.
No experience necessary: New students are welcome to join a session during week 1 or 2.
Pre-registration is recommended. A $25 deposit holds your space in class. Simply:
